We are offering a co-ed indoor beach volleyball league, beginning 12th!!!
Cost is less than $5 a night per player (when signing up as a team)

This is a co-ed recreational league. Therefore, we have skill variations from beginner to advanced levels. The expectation is that all players conduct themselves in a respectful manner and use sportsmanship on and off the court. Beginners should take the opportunity to learn from the advanced and the advanced should use their skills to lift others up and assist them in growing their skills. We are a community driven facility and here at Beach Paradise we offer a safe space to learn and grow together.

Rules For both 6's and 4's Leagues
  • Rotations must be done clockwise
  • Teams will only call foul committed by their own players. Players will not call the fouls against their opponents. If there is a dispute, re-serve the play. Contact an event coordinator for clarification of rules after match is completed
  • All players will conduct themselves in a polite and sportsmanlike manner. Individuals who do not abide by these criteria will be removed from the league.
  • All balls must be hit cleanly. No scooping or carrying the ball. Only off of a hard driven ball may a ball be double hit (i.e. off arm and head in one continuous motion).
  • Contact with the net (except for hair) in any way constitutes loss of point. A player that goes under the net, but does not contact the net or interfere with the play is okay.
  • A served ball may not be blocked or spiked directly back over the net
  • A block or partial block does not count as one of a team's 3 hits.
  • The ball may be played by any part of the body
  • Both teams are responsible for recording matches won/lost - failure to do so will result in the team being assigned zero points and zero wins for that game
  • Each team will play 3 games a night. Last season we did timed games, we are altering that this season due to feedback we’ve received. You will play best 2/3, games to 21. If a third game is required (meaning one team won one game, the other team won the second, therefore a tiebreaker is needed) it will be played to 15. All games are must win by 2 and capped at 25. There will never be a tie this season.
  • Points:
  • 1 point per match won.
  • Ex. team A wins first match, team B wins 2nd match, team A wins third match (the tie breaker) team A- 2 points, team B- 1 point.
  • Ex. Team A wins first match, team A wins second match. No tiebreaker needed.
  • Team A - 2 points, Team B - 0 points.
  • Playoffs will occur over the last 2 weeks of the season. Each match will be best 2 out of 3, (21/21/15). Games are all rally point, win by 2 points, cap at 23 (cap at 17 in the 3rd match. Matches will be over when a team wins 2 games.

  • Teams consist of a minimum of 5 players, and 2 girls on the court at all time.
  • Soft cap at 8 total players on the roster, but we can make exceptions

  • Spiking is allowed if agreed upon by both teams. Please do this at the start of each game. Once decided, this is the standard for the rest of your match
  • Use "rock, paper, scissors" to decide who serves first.
  • The team who received the first serve of the game will serve the following game.
  • Players are to rotate after 5 serves in a row (if your team gets 5 points in a row from serving position they then rotate and continue serving.
  • Enjoy yourselves!!

Refund Policy
Once you have registered for a league, there is no option for a refund. You can however, sell your spot to another person/team, or have Beach Paradise assist in selling your spot so that a portion or all of your money can be refunded.
